Seniors "Give Yourself a Raise"

Being able to get the most out of your money has never been more important to seniors than in this day and age.

We know that many seniors have had harder times when they where growing up and so did their folks. It just seems that with the continual increases in the cost of living and added expenses it is so important to learn as many ways as you can to stretch the buck.

Many working people are content to see a 4.5% to 5.5% annual raise.
For a $45,000.00 a year income this is an additional $2,475.00 per year. Or maybe you are hoping for a $1,000.00 Christmas bonus.

This would be the equivalent of a 2.22% raise on 45 K a year. With this in mind, a good way to measure your saving opportunities is to see how those savings measure against your income.

If you know that you have to buy something, but can find a reasonable way to shave the price back from what you were going to pay anyway, then you just gave yourself a raise!

For example If I have to spend $300.00 a month on groceries but can find a way to save $15.00 than I just saved 5% of that $300.00.

You don't have feel like you are not "keeping up with the Jones."
Turn it into a game called, "I Deserve a Raise!" You might find that by the end of the year, you really did give yourself a raise, possibly better than what your employer gave you.

Be creative when playing give yourself a raise. Use your imagination. I won't go into the many ways that you can "give yourself a raise" about. I just want you to look at cost cutting/saving from a different perspective.

What we can do to help give you a raise is to give you a weekly special!
Yes, we will be having weekly specials as long as there are weeks :)
Our hope is that our specials add value to your life, "Gives you a Raise" or someone you care about "a raise."

This week's special is about free stuff. Free stuff worth over $27.00. We hope that you are able to capitalize on the savings. If you cannot, then think real hard of someone who can and let them know.

You just gave them a raise and they will be grateful!
